The ALAUSA GARDEN project is a lush green development centered around the perimeter of the LTV 8 overlooking the Ikeja city mall. This initiative is an Allianz Media Limited project undertaken for and in conjunction with LASPARK.
It will sit on 2400 square meters of prime land in the Ikeja business district just after the Lagos state government complex.
The objective of the initiative is to convert the diminishing area around the LTV 8 perimeter into an ecological landmark with multifunctional use. The Alausa garden will have the below features:
- Lush green area
- Water fountain
- Lightings fitted with hand sanitizers
- Wall mural – Lagos Wall of Fame
- Internet access
- Street furniture
